cold: Fire, if you cant build a fire due to extreme conditions in the above shelter even a tea light candle should raise the temp above freezing. Use vegetation as a flooring medium ideally at least 4 inches thick to stop cold striking up from below, extra layers above help retain body heat.

Rain/hale : simply get out of it under shelter, drier the better, wet clothing is the fastest way of getting hyperthermia, consider removing wet layers that are in contact with skin and using what dry clothes you have till the others lose most of the wetness.

Snow: great building material and insulater, its possible in a snow cave or igloo with the aid of a tea light to maintain upto 4C while outside its minus 20C. Traveling is easier with snow shoes which can be made from woven saplings and twigs, fixed to boots by a single fastening just behind toe level so the fixing hinges and allows your foot to tilt forward leaving the snow shoe horizontal. ( flip flop style).

Forced evacuation : have a 72 hour bag ready for each person in your group containing the bare essentials for survival including food and water, remember that large blades may be frowned upon as most forced evacs are by order of the law, a small folding blade is more explainable than a bowie.
