Where do you love to camp (again and again)?

So we all have our lovely locations and for all different reasons...... But where is yours?

My place is near Darwin, Lancashire. When I wake in the morning I always see deer grazing nearby; Love the place.

Is this taken from the Rivi site you mentioned?

No mate; It's Turton and Wayou Reservoirs; I camp at the top end closest to Darwin. There's a old Quarry nearby that's good for climbing if any of the members do that kinda thing. It's 'wild camp' obviously because no sites round that area.

my favourite place is not much to look at a little wooded area less than 30 trees ,on a edge of a bog ( irish peat land ) its a walk across a couple of neighbiours fields about a mile and a half away from home but its a easy escape at a moments notice when i need to get away from home life  Wink

I like that Pauls, on your doorstep and nice and simple. A good place to practice new methods too.   Smile
