Review DD Hammocks

DD Hammocks, has to have the best customer service around, I found a small fault on my hammock, nothing drastic, just 1 of the hanging loops inside wasn't stitched, so I contacted DD to let them know of the small fault in case other hammocks from that batch may also have issues.  
After a couple of emails, and a few photographs sent to DD, they offered me £10 credit to my next purchase, I emailed them back to thank them, and could they just send out a hammock sleeve instead of crediting my account, This morning, the sleeve turned up and with 2 free carabiners 


So thanks to Ben and Penny at DD hammocks, your customer service is the best I have come across
